A London wedding at The Brewery

Home / Weddings / A London wedding at The Brewery

This wedding at The Brewery in London was a photographers dream. Gorgeous couple, amazing venue and friends and family that were a joy to be around. Wedding photography in Central London doesn’t get much better.

Nick and Natalia were the bride and groom. They chose The Brewery in London for their wedding ceremony and party and it was a cracking choice. The whole lead up to their wedding day was managed perfectly by this venue from start to finish.

I met Nick and Natalia at The National wedding show at London Olympia. We talked about how they wanted their wedding photographed. They were very laid back and wanted mainly candid and documentary photography.

Nick and Natalia had a pre wedding photoshoot with me in Richmond Upon Thames about five months before their big day. This really is a great way to get in some practice before your special day, and it worked wonders!

Natalia was getting ready at the very convenient The Montcalm at Brewery London (adjacent to The Brewery). This is a gorgeous five star boutique hotel and is simply stunning inside. All very relaxed and chilled, it was a perfect start to Natalia’s wedding day.

Nick chose to walk down the aisle with his best man before his bride arrived. I had not seen this before, and it actually worked very well. So with a few cheers and claps for the groom, it paved the way for Natalia and her mum to walk down the aisle.

A gorgeous wedding ceremony, and awesome spaces for canapes, drinks and the wedding breakfast.

I scooped up Nick and Natalia a few times throughout the day to walk around the streets of The Brewery to capture some couples photos. I really prefer taking couples for ‘pockets’ of time rather than a whole hour at a time. I feel the couple are more relaxed and don’t spend too long away from their guests.

Also, but taking the bride and groom away for shorter periods it helps take advantage of the different types of light throughout the day.

Everyone here partied hard. As soon as the Spanish guitars started playing everyone was off!

An amazing wedding, fabulous food, awesome friends and family. Two people I feel very privileged to be part of their wedding. Here are a selection of my favourite images from a very special day…..enjoy x
