Coffee and Engagement photography in Kew

It’s been the most awesome year and I am a little behind on my blogging…in fact way behind. So without further ado, meet the gorgeous Rosanna & Adam.  They have a strong connection with Kew, and chose the most loveliest cafe on a Saturday morning for their pre wedding photoshoot. This means I can get a quick double espresso in before we start. Which is always appreciated when it’s early on a Saturday morning!

The cafe is The Petal Pusher. It’s a lovely little independant lifestyle cafe in the heart of Kew, a stones throw away from the well known Kew Gardens.

Rosanna and Adam have put a huge amount of effort into their big day. The whole family are getting involved to decorate the venue. They are tying the knot at York House in Twickenham, with their reception being held at Petersham Village Hall in Richmond Upon Thames. Petersham Village Hall is stunning. Set down a private road, you would never think it was there.

The whole family are very creative, Rosanna has actually made her wedding dress herself, and her mum has made the veil.

We ordered coffee and cake and then got straight down to photographing them both. Rosanna and Adam are very natural in front of the camera. They have known each other for a very long time, which really shines through in their images.

Having a photoshoot inside a cafe means that we don’t have to rely on the great British weather. However, the sun did shine and we also managed to get out and about to take some images for them in and around the area.

Rosanna and Adam you were amazing to work with and I cannot wait to share the very special images from your wonderful wedding day. Laura x
